All stainless sorted just headdef to works supplies


Only putting few tacks on chimney and will touch up paint after

Where in Ireland are you , I go back yearly to visit family ( Silgo, Bray, Ballinaglera ) and will be heading back on 5/27

My regret is not finding my metal hole saws to make chineu hole neater

But once chimney on wont ne seen

Wood handle is 4 damper dat i gota find way making

Good stuff John,

I hopefully wont be too long behind you in completing my UDS.

Will stick a few photos up here when I get it done.

I have also gone with using three coasters - as have read elsewhere that it provides for more stability, do you think the problem with yours is the location of them on the bottom of the drum?

no my issue was that i put them too centered and should put them out to the edge as far as i can

also id go 4, 3 is not as stable as i taught

i had 4 so not sure why i went 3 more me being lazy

i will just be picking up a 4 caster barrell trolley for mine in time

got chimney welded on, just got re aint it and season it all

looks like my lid buckled during welding so not sure will seasl well
might have to use the lid clap to make sure its fullys ealed in when in use

hope get it seasoned friday and cook sat or sunday
