Great pictures. It all looks so good. How much charcoal did the Stumpster use? Did you use a forced air draft system?

It's been running for close to 12 hrs and I've used maybe 10 lbs. That's cooking at 300 degrees. I ran nit yesterday with nothing and it ran great all by itself but today I was using a Guru. I wanted to figure out how I like it so I hooked it up. Not to sure if I like the ramp system on it.

That's a beauty of a smoker. It's great that you already have a Stumps so you will already know some of the nuances of the brand. Great stuff hope you post more pictures!
