Herb and pepper crusted steak....a picture story

So I decided to try a new recipe for an herb and pepper crusted steak. I mixed up the fresh herbs in my favorite mortar and pestle, wrapped and let it brine for several hours, seared it on the Webber, and finished it in the oven to a nice medium rare. Mmmmmmmm........

Oh yeah. Morton's Kosher salt was used.

My two salts I use are either Morton's Kosher or Maldon. The only two salts I use for everything.
