Anyone ever been to this contest? $100 entry fee, $1000 top prize PLUS a $500 prize to the 29th place team for some crazy reason. I've got a shot at 29th place...

Looks like fun, though this line in the FAQ section had me scratching my head a bit:

Pigs are cooked on a large grill, usually with propane gas. The first years the cooks used black jack oak, burned it down to coals and put that under the pig. The problem with using wood, you had to stay up all night to replenish the coals.
