Default Fatty and Pulled Beef Sammy... oh yeah!

Tuesday is my night to have the boys over, and I try to do something I know they will like for dinner. One stayed home with Strep Throat. Tonight I went for a combo sammy that hit the spot. Two and a half pounds of JD went into this one. 1 pound JD Hot, 1 pound JD Regular and a half pound of JD Sage. I flattened out the chub of Hot, and added a layer of diced onions. Then took the flattened chub of Regular and smashed it atop the Hot/Onion layer, added a heavy layer of shredded cheese. Then I added the half pound of Sage flattened and smashed them all together. Then a heavy layer of Todd's Dirt and some Garlic Powder. Rolled them up and put it in the WSM with K briqs and Apple chunks at 230 for almost 2.5 hours.

Then I made the sandwiches. A bun smeared w/my sauce, a pile of BBQ Beef and a piece of Pepperjack, a slice of fatty and another smear of sauce and a bun top. MMMMmmmmm, hit the spot. Contains major food groups; Meat, veggie (onion), dairy (cheese), bread... Thanks for lookin in...
