Default Padawan and Phubar's Kettle Phried Chicken Pron

-starter smoked pumpkin/prosciutto ravioli with gorgonzola sauce and sage (Padawan)

-main coarse Kettle Phried Chicken with pappardelle AlPhredo and smoked bell pepper salad (Phubar)

-dessert yoghurt with smoked apple/pear compote (Phubar)

The AlPhredo sauce was cooked in rendered chicken Phat...I used the chicken trimmings (skin and Phat) to make this.

No pics of dessert...we were allready stuPhed so we skipped it.

Wow, that looks great! I haven't even begun to think that I can cook a meal like that on my kettle. I'm pretty much still at smoking/grilling one meat at a time....
