Default Chicken and Seafood Paella

My first attempt at Paella turn out bad(burned) and So this year I had to redeem myself and it turned out awesome, although I did not get a crust on the bottom, it was still great.

I have never tried paella still to this day. Looks mighty good! Someday I may just be crazy enough to pull one together. I just like things simple, that's what has kept it from happening so far.

Tab Benoit- Must listen to this artist. A cross between southern blues,Stevie Ray, and Louisiana cajun. Great listening while having a brew and tending the stick burner.

Its a Spanish dish consisting of a short grain rice and saffron and smoked paprika. You can add anything else like chicken, rabbit, seafood ect.....

I made this with Chicken, sea scallops, mussels, shrimp, Spanish chorizo, onion, red pepper, garlic, Jalapeño, clam juice, chicken stock, and tomato.
