My new favorite...and I think I cut it right this time. The pictures suck, but it tasted great.







And even better is tonight's leftovers. Tri tip taco pizzas that the wife made.

Looks great. Got a huge taste for tri-tip when I lived in California but I unfortunately can't find it here in Florida. Keep up the good work.
