That's a great looking batch!

After going back & forth between sweet and savory bacon, I've decided I like the savory better. Haven't done any in a little while - I need to get my arse to the store and get some belly.

That's some fine looking bacon there! If I didn't have a couple of kgs curing in the fridge right now I'd go out and get some to start curing!
