Thick T-Bone Pron

Bought a couple of these Tbones from SAMS awhile back. Let this sit on the counter for 45 mins and come to temp. I rubbed it w/ KOSMOS new Cow cover that he let me sample (this stuff is goooood) Cooked indirectly on the performer w/a lil mesquite at 275 or so. Brought temp of steak to 100. Got a hot fire of lump and did a reverse seer till internal was 130-135 or so, w/ a must have piece of garlic toast w/ the steak.

Ohhh, Baby!!! That is just SEXY on all levels. Never seen T's like that at Sam's. That T-Bone would get hit hard and then hit again for good measure on any Sunday! Gorgeous hunk o beef there!

that last pic is one of my all-time fave meals! grilled beef+homemade garlic toast=CRAZYDELICIOUS!!!
 
I think I just felt my heart flutter! I wish I had a date with that steak!
