Default 3 lbs. (and change) of Porterhouse

I will take the ridicule and abuse but.........I cooked them on a gasser.
I picked this up on Craig's List for $75 (with tank).
Mint condition...even the igniter worked
Anyhow, steaks were seasoned with salt and pepper and smothered with caramelized vidalia onoins and button 'shrooms. I did add some Jamaican rum soaked wood chunks in the smoker box thingy for some rummy smokey flavor.
A few seasoned 'taters, a few beers, and some help from my little Vanna White Jr. and I call it good eats.

It all looks really good. Cute kid...

At first I thought you said you paid $75.00 for two porterhouse steaks on Craigslist. I was about to try and sell you a whole cow for $5,000.

That is some great looking grub!
Gassers can put out some great product with a little "smoke" help!

Great looking "groupie" you have there!

Looks like a steak that can't be ignored ... for too long!
(At least its a Weber...)
That little girl already has the charming part down pat.

(DAD MOD ON)
Better strap on a holster and a large pistol on your hip... when she starts noticing boys.
Did the same (a preventible measure) just to reduce the suiters who come-a-calling. When they see "Pappy packin' a pistol" they suddenly get lost real quick, Once the word spreads... traffic (to your front door) will reduce tremendously. (DAD MOD OFF)

(DAD MOD ON) I'm thinking shotgun. Start cleaning as suiter arrives and just before suiter takes my pride and joy out for the evening he will hear and see the kerchunnk of shells being racked up. (Thanks Bandit ) (DAD MOD OFF)

(DAD MOD ON) Reminds me of my stepdad when his daughter's fiancé asked for her hand in marriage. As he blew out a puff of smoke from his unfiltered Camel, Roger said "Son, do you see those guns in the gun cabinet over there? I'm an expert with each & every one of them. You mistreat my daughter & I'll use each & every one of them on you. Are we clear?" (DAD MOD OFF)

There is no shame in grillin' on a gasser bro...I do it every Friday night! Great deal on the Weber...I have the later model like yours (enclosed cabinet) minus the side burner. Good lookin' marks on the steaks...nice job!

ps...your model is adorable!

Blasphemy!

Looks great! I'd eat them any time you feel guilty. Meat is meat, except boiled ribs, those are just imitation meat - like chicken.
