Default What's your favorite combo of SM rubs

I don't layer my rubs too often, but I see lot of people doing it.

What's your favorite layering of SM rubs??

I've got ribs cooking three ways right now testing out Steph's products

Season-all as a base layer on each, followed by cherry rub on spares, Sweet Seduction on babybacks (my daughter made this selection for her babybacks after I gave her a taste test), Pecan on some individual cut beef short ribs

i haven't done any layering but i like the idea.... gonna have to try that.

i do however doctor up the pecan rub with some of my homemade chipotle powder for a little smokiness and heat. balances the sweet of the rub nicely.

Personally, I like season all followed by one of the other rubs.

I have folks using pecan, cherry and sweet seduction. And other combinations too.
