Being new here and having some issues with my current smoker set up (currently looking at a trailer "stick" burn), Bludawg shared some modification advice for my current Char-Griller. I was able to apply those changes this past weekend and smoked my first two slabs of "ST Louis" style ribs. The family thought they turned out great. I did one slab like "Johnny Trigg" style and the other I just used apple juice in the wrap. I think they were "ok" but pretty good for my first try.
The big thing was the advice provided on here and the IMs w/pics from Bludawg on the smoker mods. Thanks a bunch!!!!
