Tuna Bellies
No seasoning, just slow cooked to perfection in the Kamado at 250° for just under an hour. Delicious.....

Hard to convey thru th epics how fat laden and juicy this meat was. Not one hint of "fishy" flavor or smell.
Made a tuna salad the next day and used it in tuna melt panini sandwiches.... no pics BUT IT REALY DID HAPPEN. Keep cooking brethren. Thanks!
