Default Pulled Beef Stuffed Anaheims on the Drum

I make these a lot. It's a good way to used leftover pulled beef chuck, pulled pork or chicken.

Blistered, steamed and peeled the anaheims...

Filled with pulled beef and asadero cheese...

wrapped with bacon and sprinkled with BPS Happy Endings...(love Happy Endings on everything!)

onto the drum at 325F...

served with some spicy sauce. onion, garlic, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, cayenne and chicken stock.

They were kinda tasty. :)

Thanks for looking!

I will be in New Mexico for a comp next week and me thinks I know what to do with the leftover brisket and pulled pork. Awesome stuff!

Thanks again for making want to eat my screen! Now I know what I'll do with the left over pulled pork I have in the fridge.

Looks great! And minus the sauce, would be a great stand up appetizer.

They look great, Google tells me the Peppers are Mild.
Do they have any heat compared to Jalapeno?
