Pulled Beef Stuffed Anaheims on the Drum
I make these a lot. It's a good way to used leftover pulled beef chuck, pulled pork or chicken.
Blistered, steamed and peeled the anaheims... Filled with pulled beef and asadero cheese... wrapped with bacon and sprinkled with BPS Happy Endings...(love Happy Endings on everything!) onto the drum at 325F... served with some spicy sauce. onion, garlic, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, cayenne and chicken stock. They were kinda tasty. :) Thanks for looking!

Thanks again for making want to eat my screen! Now I know what I'll do with the left over pulled pork I have in the fridge.

They look great, Google tells me the Peppers are Mild.
Do they have any heat compared to Jalapeno?
