Spares for Sunday
Did not trim off the little bones but as mostly fat may choose to do so next time. Salt, Pepper, Chipotle chile powder. 3 hours at 275 measured by clip on dome thermometer. PartyQ has worked very well for me. Both deflectors in place with small amount of water in drip pans. No fire divider but lump banked to the side of intake air. Foiled for another 2 hours with more chipotle powder, butter, beer and honey. Great flavor - too tender for comp but momma's happy. Oh! The Devils Cut is for selfish 'ol me.

Okay....was laying in bed with the iPad last night....just before bed without contacts or glasses on.
I can actually read the text now with my glasses......and coffee. Good deal on the ribs. Really nice set up you have there. Haven't tried that version of Jimmy Beam yet........yet. :)

Not to brag.....After A&M (class '74) upset Bama last year I was surfin the web at midnite and on a lark looked at Craigslist Dallas for a ceramic grill. This one was posted at $700 new in box. I sent my son the next day to buy it and found out that price included the cedar table. The seller had won this in a raffle and COULDN'T USE IT???? I was glad to take this off his hands.

That's a heck of a steal.
Best $700 deal I've seen. Nice grill. Just curious how you trim those after they are done?
