Great episode. I love listening to Bourdain. A love child between him and Morgan Freeman would have a voice of an angel.

that's pretty much how i felt when i tasted my first home dry cured bacon.

If im not mistaken, dailymotion is a US based site, they just dont have nazi country blocking criteria that PBS uses. Also, no commercials.

You would think they banned it up here with the lack of good Q joints, hah.
