It's been ages since I used the Large UDS...she's smoking for about a hour now.

I think they will be history, and I do mean very long gone by the time I get there. Lol..... Nothing left but the empty tp roll.
 
Ribs were glazed with homemade smoked rhubarb sauce.

Also made some Dirt Taters.

The Girls devoured 2 plates each + a plate with only lettuce,potato and Doctored up creme Phraiche.
Creme Phraiche was Doctored up with spring onion,white wine vinigar,honey,shredded Gouda,Tony Chachere's,smoked paprika powder,salt.

The Girls did good!:cool:

I just wanna chime in & let it be known that the rhubarb sauce is Pharking Phantastic! :thumb: Another most excellent plate, brother! :thumb:

Seriously, I just did 2 racks of SM Cherry and SM Sweet and Spicy... the winner?? A draw!! The ladies liked the sweet , and men the spicy...can't go wrong with either one of them...
