Brisket in the cold

I didn't leave it on for as long as I would have like but I had 3 hungry kids looking at me like I was starving them purposely. It's still good though.
They were on the cooker at 300° for 10 hrs.

The other 2 briskets left to their final destination wrapped in a bath towel so I didn't get any pics of them.
 
Thanks, that looks real good. Nice smoke ring and it sure looks moist
