I have been asked to help form a backyard bbq competition for about 200 boy scouts. I need BBQ teams as mentors and teachers. It will just be about 4 or 5 20 minute lectures on basic bbq and food safety. The date is 13 July 2013. We are in rthe early stages know. Any one interested please let me know.
