Apologies for the non-'cue post, but this is a MUST TRY.

Tonight's dinner mainly concentrated in the area of Spanish Tapas with olives, crostini, chorizo, manchego, and tortilla española.

The rest of the meal was good, but this just knocked our socks off! This makes "Flavortown" look like it's run by chumps!

Anyway.. the cat's out of the bag, but she'll gladly nap on top once she's free. :loco:

Happy Sunday!

'Doh! Realized I forgot to mention - Cook it an extra 10 min on 350. Then, don't change a thing, but crank up the broiler for 5-10 minutes.

I couldn't keep my kid away from this stuff. The adults loved it. We dipped crostini/bread in the olive oil and lemon juice at the bottom. The olives cooked in here were ah-mazing!

This thing is like a win-win-win....win!
