Hello from Chicago
I have been lurking for a while now learning the site before I jumped in. I live in burbs of Chicago and been cooking for many years for home. I started cooking contest last year and have received a few calls but still need to learn to cook pork. No calls in pork. I have made it to 11th but that is the best I have done. I cook on large Big Green Eggs and a Brinkman off-set. I hope I can contribute and learn from the Brethren. My team name is Bartlett Boneheads. I know several Brethern members that I have met at comps.
