Ha ha! We are just now talking about it!

Shelly and I will be taken Shirley out this Saturday to the Texas BBQ Chapter Big Rig Meet at Charred 380 in McKinney. (Weather permitting)
We are cooking a scratch made Chorizo Meatloaf, possibly a few Syracuse Sausages. Hope to have a dessert also. That's up to Shelly!!

So this one is on the menu for the Bash
Chorizo Meatloaf Cupcakes!!
Went to support the Texas BBQ Chapter FB group for SuckleBusters and Charred 380 yesterday. SuckleBusters is releasing their sausage seasonings and I had to try out the Chorizo HOT. I don't have the gear to grind and make sausages so I did the next best thing.

I'm thinking about smoking some of this Meatless Meat that been in News lately..........https://impossiblefoods.com/ Wonder do they have an Impossible Meatless brisket yet.?

Just need to find some Woodless Wood -- maybe some Pellets I guess..........
