Using this recipe. But on the OTG with a chunk of Peach.

1½ tsp. Olive oil
1 Onion
1 Pepper

Dice onion and pepper and brown in olive oil. Add:

1.5 lb. Ground Round
2 tbs Chipotle in Adobe
¼ cup Ketchup
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Used about half a chimney of Kingsford and one chunk of peach Simmer and smoke. I decided on peach to go with the sweetness. Edited the recipe I posted earlier...

Thanks guys! These are by far the best I have ever cooked the smoke just gave it that extra flavor profile!
