Picked up some nice ribeyes for dinner Saturday. Served it up with twice fried french fries, brussel sprout slaw with bacon lardons and a mushroom wine and cream sauce. Turned out pretty well.

Pretty tasty!

And here I thought I was the only one that did not like fungi! (better known as "shrooms") Other wise, the rib eyes look just like I like them.... Remove the "Moo" and serve them up.

I had frites for ya! I 'accidentally' made extra. But when you properly twice fry them, you have to, they are so good. Made good use of my potato french-fry-inator too! :thumb:
