Flat Iron Steak w/ Shrimp

So last night I decided to fire up the kettle.

Cooked a nice Flat Iron Steak with Onions and Mushrooms. Also cooked some shrimp.

Steak was rubbed down with some Plowboys Bovine Bold. Shrimp were coated in EVOO and some Cajun seasonings.

Steak turned out great, full of flavor, tender, and cooked to perfection. Sorry for the less the perfect picture. Took with the cell phone.

Must be an optical illusion on my part. Where's the gator? I see two states & a pig. The gator's gonna take my leg off if I don't see it!
