I hired an assistant too.
I ordered a Yoder YS640 with a second shelf on Thursday and it should be here Wednesday. I chose the Yoder because of the ease of use. This will allow the staff to start it and put meat on when we need it. This will give me a fresher and more consistant product. Like HBMNT, I will let you know how things work out. The nice thing is I can now sell my Good One and if I need to I can order another one.
Look for pictures on Wednesday.

Congrats on your new purchase! I was thinking of buying this model but I found a RecTec smoker for a really good deal so I could not pass it up.
