Pretty much the whole site is a how to section. If you have a question just post it in the Q-Talk form and wait a few minutes and you question will usually be answered by several people. Also at the bottom of the each section there is a site specific Google search function. I use it a bunch. Good luck and Happy Smoking.

I am learning a lot here too....I have a traeger and love cooking brisket and pork. It's great to have such a great group to compare notes and share information.

Not only have I learned a crazy lot about cooking here, I've met some most excellent folks in person and have had a few great meals recently while traveling due to recommends from fellow brethren. If some of you new farkers don't know about the Brethren Road Trips section, check it out.
