Default Happy New Year & Cooking Pr0n!

Happy New Year, Brethren! Just filled the WSM up with a 5lb chuck roast, and 2 9lb butts for my last smoke of 2007 and first of 2008, all in one shot. Good eatin' tomorrow :P

Ooooo... Chusck! I make a form of burnt ends from chusck once in a while. I cook it until it hits 185 or so internal then chop it, re-season and put it back in the cooker for a while.

Chuck Finished and Rested:

Chuck Shredded:

Butts - Pulled - Got 2 full trays of PP out of these 2 9lbers.

Was gonna throw a fattie on this morning, but after adding fuel and having coffee and waking up, I forgot about it So I'll freeze it and cook it next time I fire up the pit!

Apologize for the lousy iPhone pictures - all I have at the moment while I look for a replacement digital camera.

My hat is off to you, to be able to concentrate on ending 1 year, starting another year, AND staying sober enough for a cook.
