Default Kosmos chicken soak

Just wondering if anyone has used this as a soak for thighs longer than 4 hours? Does it hurt the final product in any way for a competition. Just curious if I could leave it overnight....

One man's opinion. More than 4 hours would be way too long.

depends on the chicken, or parts thereof, to be precise.

small pieces, overnight, wahaaay too long IMHO.

Soaked 160 wings with Kosmo's chicken soak for as little as 2 hours for a "peoples choice" entry at a local contest recently. End result....1st Place!

I'd take whatever them I.A.B 30 guys say as gold....seriously. They have been rocking in chicken ever since they switched over to Kosmo's.
