I am about to partake in the current MOINK Ball craze for the first time this weekend. I am not sure if I am supposed to smoke them in my smoker or if I am supposed to grill them on the grill? Can you make them both ways? Which way is better? How long does it take in the smoker vs. on the grill? Partially cook the bacon before adding to the meatballs right? Thanks!!!
 
You really don't have to par-cook the bacon. Just wrap the meat balls and put them into the smoker or onto an indirect grill and cook until the bacon is done. I prefer the smoker at 250 degrees for about 90 minutes.
