Default Terrible ribs / backup pizza plans

This was my second attempt at this brand of ribs. My local store calls them flat ribs. They are trimmed and cut in half and they package them up. I figured for a $1.19 a pound I'll try again. They turned out like jerky.
I wont buy these again. I never have problems with the regular ribs I buy.
I did make a pizza in place of he ribs.

Bones that size look like beef ribs? Could be wrong, but I bet the dog ate good. :)
