Default Chuck roast yield

I'm doing a family party and it has been decided I'm doing pulled beef. Just curious about the percentage of yield on chuck roast when finished.

Thanks!

I have done about 8-20 pound chuck rolls and the yield seems to be about 50%

I would agree with figuring it at 50% yield.

I agree, 50%. More if you get lucky, but don't count on it.
