Hello, I am new to this forum. I am a CBJ and want to learn as much as I can so I can start to cook and compete. Last year I built my smoker, and I am playing with new recipes. I have what I think is a good recipe for ribs and pork, but I am currently playing with several recipes for chicken. I have not tried brisket yet, but I will. I have had a lot of fun with BBQ judging so far and have met some very wonderful people! I want to see if I have just as much fun or more cooking! If anyone has some helpful hints for cooking chicken or brisket, I am interested. I am always looking to learn more about BBQ!
