Great job! The tri-tip is cooked beautifully, the slaw sounds great and who doesn't love King's Hawaiian rolls?

Absolutely beautiful, Bob. I think I'd have a hard time making sliders from anything resembling that last picture.

Sammies & Tri Tip look great. With a high predicted at -3 below + a 15 - 20 wind here in NW Minnesota, I might have to wait a day or so before lighting up the Weber.

Drool! I like the veggie slaw, simple yet effective. Great job, Bob.
I finally found a source for tri tip and bought 5 of them a few weeks ago, 3 down and 2 left in the freezer. I see sliders in my future.
