Very cool story, I have been to Taylor a few times for work and always stop at Louie M's. I had no idea about this part of the history though. The beef rib is something else :becky:

Side note, Taylor TX has been used in a ton of movies that nobody realizes. Pretty cool for the middle of nowhere TX.

That's exactly right. Bottle it and let it sit in the frig over night..

Edit: I bottle it hot in a Mason jar and seal, then let it sit on the counter at least until it comes to room temperature and then into the frig.
