Just dropped in from Hawaii
Lucked onto this site and couldn't wait to be a part of it. I have harvested and smoked/grilled/BBQ'd Hogs for over 30 years. I live in an area that is infested with them which suits me just fine.
Even though I have done it for so long doesn't mean that there is nothing new for me to learn and look forward to trying new recipes and techniques. |

Welcome to the Brethren. We have several Hawaiian members. Glad to have you. I recently cooked a suckling pig in the ground. Lot of fun and really good!
