Lucked onto this site and couldn't wait to be a part of it. I have harvested and smoked/grilled/BBQ'd Hogs for over 30 years. I live in an area that is infested with them which suits me just fine.

Even though I have done it for so long doesn't mean that there is nothing new for me to learn and look forward to trying new recipes and techniques.

Welcome to the Brethren. We have several Hawaiian members. Glad to have you. I recently cooked a suckling pig in the ground. Lot of fun and really good!
