Default Dinner for VIPs tonight (w/ pron)

Got the drum painted, let her dry, then fired her up (grill style - high firebox) for dinner.

I shall call her Betty. Bam-o-lam.

Bad focus. Oh well. CSR's, smoked at 325 or so for a while, then hot seared w/ the sparguts (kid mod).

This is my favorite way to do CSRs. Cut into medallions. Moist and juicy every time.

Ready to serve.

Aforementioned VIPs (my strongest critics, btw). Ready to be served. Got the hard core seal of approval tonight.

Thanks for looking.

BTW, there is just no place like the BBQ-Brethren. Look at this thread. Missouri, North Carolina, California, New York, Australia, Louisiana, Washington, Arizona, Florida.

WOW!
