I have a ton of pork in the refrigerator now. Next is a brisket on Saturday with pron to follow.

Beef cheeks are a tough cut to get right, looks like all the other stuff was a home-run though!

It all looks great! Congratulations on the new smoker!
I simmer or braise beef cheeks, shred the meat, remove the fat and icky stuff.
