Anyone seen the Yoder Cimarron Pellet in action?

Technically, I have seen one, and they are interesting but I havent cooked on one. The one I saw was being used at a fund raising rib cookoff, where teams had to cook quite a large amount of ribs, to sell to the public. This team also happened to be a competition team, but it was neat to be able to look inside (briefly with the lid open) to see how roomy it is, including being able to add a rack to give extra rack space if you wanted to and to see one in person. Not real helpful...I would be interested in one if I had the money.

There is/was one for sale on a Yoder FB group. It looks amazing but I think it is overkill unless you are catering or competing. And for the price you could get two YS-1500. That being said, if I win the mega millions I am going to get one.

Just as an option you could look into Gator Pits 24x60 pellet cooker as it's about the same price. He has a good video showing the operation and function of the cooker so you can see first hand how it works.
