BBQ Chicken French-bread Pizza
Got some skinless, boneless thighs that was on sale. Walked around to the bakery and they had fresh French bread, so I thought pizza. Decided to use Plowboys Fin & Feather " man I'm loving this Plowboys". Also got some some Famous Dave's buy one get one free. Cooked the thighs at 300 for about 45 mins. Also cut an onion in half and put it in while the thighs cooked. Chopped everything up and mixed in some sauce then added some mozzarella. While I was chopping things up I opened up the UDS and got it almost to 450 and put everything back in to melt the cheese. You mean I have inspired someone to cook something I've made? Go for it, I'm sure it will be good.
