Steak and Arties for MNF w/ pic
First the pron for you addicts:
Made a ribeye and some artichokes. For the chokes I steamed on the stove for 15 minutes then drained and cooled. Cut in half and cleaned out the insides. Sprinkled with salt/pepper and olive oil for grilling. They came out great BUT the outer leaves of the chokes dried out from the heat. The remaining layers were cooked perfectly and the heart was tender and tasty. A little disappointed with the dried parts but I didn't go hungry watching the Steelers pound on the Broncos. Can't wait to do it again!
