thanks for the recipe. Made this for the wife yesterday. one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Used NYS, as I did not have anything else. I cannot get iron steak or tri tip in our location. again, thanks. |

I am in the small town of Cheboygan which is about 15 miles south of the Mackinac Bridge.
I was up at Marquette a couple of years ago. Did not lose anything there, and did not go back. Again, thanks for the great recipe. Made a small salad, baked acorn squash, and a little snapps as a chaser. Harry |

excellent recipe. The only thing I would do would be to add some green peppercorns.
