Cooker-PBC
Hang Time- 4'30" over 75% King Comp 25%BB Lump
Beer can size chunk of Pecan just prior to hanging
Removed and placed thin layer of Stubbs original
Wrapped in HD Foil for 45"
Tender/juicy

YUMMMY!! I have got to quit looking at these posts so late at night. Have trouble sleeping when I can see this kind of food and sometimes, I swear I can smell them cooking. Much harder than counting sheep when it seems so real. Maybe if someone could cook a whole sheep?
