Default Autry tune up.

Am doing a final pratice cook before next weekends BBQ n at the Autry. Did a 11.5 lbs brisket RD CAB and a 7lbs butt, also doing 3 racks of RD CAB beef ribs for a partner of my sisters law firm. These Restuarnt Depot ribs are the best beef ribs I have ever seen.

Never thought about finished photo's...sorry guys. The brisket and ribs are for laywers at my sis's firm. The guy wanted the brisket seperated into point and flat. Foiled up the flat and Vac sealed the point. There will be some of tha butt on Saturday if you want!
