Default Thanks!

When I joined this forum less than a year ago all I knew about BBQ was that I liked to eat it. Due to the fantastic help from fellow Brethren I have become comfortable with ribs, brisket, fatties, abts, roasts, beer can chicken, rubs and turkey.

This weekend I made pulled pork and chicken for my nieces graduation party and a Carolina mustard sauce and a traditional KC sauce to go with the meat. If it wasn't for your help I would have NEVER even attempted it.

So thanks to everyone for your generosity and willingness to help.

Eric

Eric,

What I love the most about this forum is that people are so ready to help out. I've learned so much from everyone.

Congrats on a successful party.

This place should be accredited to issue college credits for BBQ knowledge. Ive damn sure learned all I know here as well. Before this site, I was just a griller.
