Yet Another UDS!
Hey folks,
New guy here, Names Norm, thanks for the new addiction! The UDS is great and smoking up a storm! Unbelievably easy to use! Thanks for all the help burning out the barrel.... Build is finished other than my barrel thermometers. Smokin away! two shoulders for some sammies! Again cant thank you all enough, the UDS thread answers every question and then some! Norm |

Nice job! Oh ya addiction is a good term to use after building a UDS. I've smoked all most every weekend after building mine last summer.
What are the cordless phones for? Calling the wife to fetch you more beer? I'll have to incorporate that idea into my next UDS build. |
