Our normal serving is 2 bones per serving on a vend that includes at least one other meat.

On a catering we ask them how many bones, per person, they wish to order.

It would vary based upon costs and desired results, as well as menu.

When you say back ribs, I assume you mean pork back ribs, it would be between 2 and 5 depending
