Default Blues Hog Pork marinade

Anyone have any experience with the new pork marinade?

https://www.atlantabbqstore.com/coll...-pork-marinade

Bought a bottle to try out as injection, but figured I’d ask if anyone had any real world experience with amounts and mixers (juice, water, etc).

Thanks for any help!

Chad

I'm just like you, bought a bottle. Will test it in the off season. I'm gonna start with some fruit juice and go from there.

We bought a bottle of both to play around with. They taste great in powder form, but haven't used them on a meat yet. Interested to hear what other's feedback is who have used it

I suppose I'll just go take Brad's class and see what they do with it. And drink a couple of his Coors Lights.

I've had pretty decent results by injecting a mix of equal parts Smoke on Wheels Pork injection and apple juice 15 to 30 min before I put the rub on then on the smoker.

Nope. It honestly has been very good. No moisture issues at all. This was my last turn in and I was able to get a 7th place call.
