Default First time beef tenderloin on Pit Barrel Cooker

Hi all,

Tried something new this weekend on my PBC...beef tenderloin! Here is the cut before seasoning, etc:

I used PBC's beef and game seasoning....and here it is off the cooker about 3 hours later or so....

And here it is ready to eat!

Not bad for my first time. I think next time I do it I will let it cook just a little longer. I think I went to ~130-135. I think my kids will like it a little more if it was a little more done.
